We enjoy this recipe because it is super tasty and doesn’t call for many ingredients. Please do us a favor and share the recipe so other dogs can enjoy this delicious treat. What are you waiting on? Let’s head to the kitchen and start baking!

Ingredients

  • Three teaspoons of freeze-dried strawberries
  • Three teaspoons of powdered peanut butter
  • ¾ cup of oat flour
  • Three large eggs
  • ½ cup of pureed pumpkin

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Add freeze-dried strawberries, powdered peanut butter, and oat flour in a blender or food processor. Blend the mixture until it is thoroughly combined.
  4. Separate the eggs and place the egg whites in a mixing bowl. Whip the egg whites with a whisk until the mixture is fluffy and has tripled in volume.
  5. Add the pureed pumpkin to the meringue in three parts. Refrain from over-mixing.
  6. Fold in the dry ingredients and mix gently until evenly distributed. Transfer the meringue mixture to a piping bag.
  7. Squeeze the mixture onto the baking sheet with parchment paper. This recipe will yield roughly 100-120 meringues.
  8. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the meringues to cool completely.
  10. It is time for your pup to enjoy these tasty treats!

*Store the treats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days.
