Ingredients
One cup of natural creamy peanut butter
¾ cup of skim milk
One large egg
One large carrot
Two and ¼ cups of whole wheat flour
One tablespoon of baking powder
1/3 cup of oats
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
Mix peanut butter, milk, egg, and carrot in a large bowl. Add the flour and baking powder.
Mix in the oats until the mixture is thick and heavy.
Use a floured rolling pin and roll the dough into ¼ inch thickness.
Use your favorite cookie cutters to cut out shapes.
Arrange the shapes on the baking sheets. Place it in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the treats from the oven and flip the treats to bake the other side for 10 minutes.
Remove the treats from the oven and let them cool completely.

Store the treats at room temperature or in the refrigerator for up to one week.
