It is simple to spot a German Shepherd because of its bushy tails and double-thick coats. A fun fact about the breed is that it can be one of 11 colors, with black and white being the most popular. The German Shepherd has a unique personality. The breed can be a caretaker or a police officer. The loyalty of the breed ranks high amongst other breeds. They take pride in protecting whom they care about.

You shouldn’t have many issues training a German Shepherd. The breed is intelligent and has no problem showing you what they are capable of! They can quickly establish an association between a prompt, action, and consequence. You may need to incorporate positive reinforcement into training sessions because the German Shepherd loves to be rewarded for a job well done!
